PRICES
Prices are displayed in EUR and include TAX (20%) for all EU Member States.
ORDERS
All payment transactions are in EUR. No extra payment will be required upon delivery in all
EU countries. Local taxes and import duties may be required upon delivery for those orders
destined outside the European Union. Please check that all details and shipping/invoicing
addresses are correct before submitting the order. In case there are errors please let us know

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The fulfillment of an order depends on the availability of the product/s ordered. In case the
payment is made through online credit/debit card the order will be dispatched as soon as the
amount will be credited. Delivery TIMES for all EU member states are between 5 and 10
working days. Standard shipping is made by national tracked insured post. For fast shipping
(EMS or UPS) please contact us before placing an order at contact@dromiancraftshop.com
All orders shipped in Romania are delivered free of charge!
YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN AN ORDER
Dromian Craftshop guarantees a full refund with the exception of import duties and local
taxes. You can return a product within 30 days of receiving your order. The refund will be
issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
You cannot return:
personalized products
products purchased for professional and/or commercial use
Products returned without warranty seal, used or incomplete will not be refunded.

.The return shall be paid by the customer who is fully responsible. For this reason,
Dromian Craftshop suggests using a tracked shipping system.
WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY
If the parcel is damaged upon delivery the customer should contact Dromian Craftshop within
48 hours of the delivery. All Dromian Craftshop products are covered by a 12 months
warranty (except products that are stated as having a longer warranty time but not less
than 12 months) starting the day of the delivery.
In case there are any problems the customer should contact Dromian Craftshop and provide
pictures of the problem to contact@dromian-craftshop.com. This warranty applies only to the
original purchaser and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or
the normal breakdown of colors and materials. Luggage damage incurred during airline
handling is not covered by this warranty, and claims in such cases should be made directly
with the airline. Dromian Craftshop reserves the right to charge the customer any costs
incurred for product verification and shipment of the same if it is undamaged and functioning,
that is, it is missing the alleged lack of conformity. The customer should check that the
products received correspond to those ordered. If the products delivered have defects the
customer should notify Dromian Craftshop within 48 hours upon delivery providing
pictures of the defect to contact@dromian-craftshop.com Images and colors of the
products displayed on the site may not fully correspond to real colors due to the kind of
browser or computer monitor used.
GOVERNING LAW
The execution of the purchase contract between the customer and Rebreanu Vlad takes
place in Romania and is regulated by the relevant Romanian Law and the European
Distance Selling Regulations. The Court of Cluj-Napoca will have jurisdiction in case any
controversy arises.
